FAQ

Do I still need to make a booking?

Yes. All members must have a confirmed booking to unlock the door. Silver members get the bay free but pay $25/hr per guest beyond themselves. Gold members pay nothing per booking.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Use the Manage / Cancel button above to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens to my booked sessions if I cancel?

Already confirmed bookings are honored at no charge through the end of the period.

Upgrades, downgrades, and availability?

Current members can switch between Silver and Gold anytime from the billing portal — even if a tier shows as full — and Stripe prorates the difference automatically. New memberships open up as spots become available.

Refunds?

Monthly billing is non-refundable for the current period once paid.
