Tee Box 360 – Terms and Conditions of Use
By booking a simulator session, entering the facility, or using any equipment provided by Tee Box 360, the individual making the reservation and all guests in their party ("User") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Tee Box 360, LLC ("Tee Box 360").
1. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Golf simulation involves risks including injury from swinging golf clubs, ricocheting golf balls, slips, trips, falls, or equipment malfunction. By entering the facility and using the simulators, the User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees that Tee Box 360 shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage.
2. 24/7 Unsupervised Facility Use
Tee Box 360 operates as a self-service, unattended facility. Users acknowledge staff may not be present and agree to operate all equipment responsibly. Security cameras are used for safety and incident review.
3. Responsibility of the Booking Member
The person making the reservation is responsible for their guests, compliance with these Terms, and any damage caused during their reserved time.
4. Equipment Use Rules
- Only one person may swing at a time
- Stand behind the hitting line when another player is swinging
- Only use clean golf clubs and balls
- Do not intentionally strike screens, projectors, or walls
Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of the session without refund.
5. Property Damage
Users are financially responsible for damage caused to simulators, screens, projectors, sensors, furniture, or any facility property due to negligence or misuse.
6. Alcohol and Intoxication
Users may not operate simulators while excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Tee Box 360 reserves the right to terminate sessions or deny future access.
7. Age Restrictions
Users under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The booking member must be at least 18 years old.
8. Access and Security
Access codes or entry methods may not be shared. Unauthorized access may result in termination of privileges.
9. Session Time Limits
Users must only use the simulator during their reserved time and leave the space clean and on time.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Reckless swinging, intentional damage, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior is prohibited and may result in removal from the facility.
11. Video Surveillance
By entering the facility, Users consent to video recording for safety and security.
12. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must follow Tee Box 360 booking policies. No-shows may result in forfeited fees.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to hold harmless Tee Box 360 from claims arising from their use of the facility or violation of these Terms.
14. Agreement
By booking or entering the facility, the User acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
